About the role

We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our Corporate practice group. The successful candidate will assist on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence exercises and general corporate advisory matters, working closely with our partners from day one.

What we're looking for

  • Law degree and Certificate of Legal Practice (or equivalent)
  • Genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibility early
